Lets face it; we all love a bit of ‘R & R’ every now and then. A weekly wash & blow-dry, a relaxation spa treatment or perhaps a file and paint for your nails.

But no longer is this experience exclusive to you. Lets not forget our fury friends need a little TLC too.

A short stroll from Breakfast Point is Japanese inspired, D2 Spa. It’s a dog’s idea of paradise.

With all the latest doggy fashion including stylish clothes, sneakers, hats, bags, an array of nail polish and hair colour, your dog will look like a celebrity pup that has just stepped out of Hollywood.

But it’s just as much about feeling good, as it is looking good. D2 Spa has a heated swimming pool for leisure and therapy, a treadmill for the dogs to walk on and a playground for those in daycare to socialize and stay fit.

Anita Lo is the manager at D2 Spa and has worked for the company since it opened in September 2009.

Anita’s love for dogs can be viewed in the same light that Roger Caras, the well renowned American journalist for animals and wildlife, does.

“Dogs are not our whole life but they make our lives whole.”

So with Christmas around the corner don’t forget to get your pup into the spirit of things. D2 Spa has a range of Santa hats, costumes and toys for your pooch to look and feel the part this Christmas.
