There has been a relatively new appointment of Management at the Breakfast Point Country Club with Melodie Reddy now at the helm.
Melodie has worked in the hospitality industry for the past twenty five years, twelve of which were spent in senior food and beverage management roles with ANA, Hilton and Intercontinental hotel groups. In various roles Melodie has worked in many environments ranging from fine dining to events & conferences as well as involvement in both bars & clubs.
Melodie comes from a hospitality family with her father & sister also being involved in various clubs in the Sydney region.
Interstingly Melodie managed the catering staff at the media village for the 2000 Olympic Games. Melodie is also a member of the Sommeliers Association and receieved excellent editorial mentions for the wines by glass menu at the San Francisco Grill.
It would no doubt be agreed that the Breakfast Point Country Club is indeed fortunate to have Melodie’s expertise guiding the Club.
